**Effective 1/18/25 due to a large influx of patients, we will temporarily be accepting Key Medical Group patients that were automatically assigned to us from Visalia Medical Clinic. We will NOT be accepting other Key Medical patients at this time.
To streamline the registration process and accommodate the large number of new members, we kindly ask that you complete a brief registration by selecting the button below. Once completed, our team will then forward you an additional link to your email within 24-48 business hours with further instructions on completing the registration/new patient paperwork and scheduling your child’s appointments as needed.
Even if you do not currently need an appointment, we kindly request that you complete this process. Doing so will help us expedite any future scheduling needs and ensure your family’s information is up to date.
