Jennifer Pacheco, FNP-C and Owner
Jennifer knew she wanted to work with children from a very young age. She was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada moving to Visalia in 1996. In 1998 she met her husband, a Tulare native, and they have been married for over 20 years. They have two girls, ages 9 and 7, with whom they love traveling and spending time in their RV. Their family pets include a Boston Terrier named Loki and a Silver Lab, named Milo. Jennifer became interested in the medical field in 1998 when she would spend hours doing “ride-a-longs” on the ambulance with her husband, who was a paramedic. After deciding on nursing, she then went to California State University, Fresno where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating in 2003. Jennifer spent most of her nursing career working in pediatrics, including 5 years at Valley Children’s Hospital. In addition, she also worked in the field of forensic nursing, the emergency department, and urgent care. In 2013 Jennifer graduated, again, from CSU Fresno with her Masters degree and became a nationally Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in pediatrics as a Nurse Practitioner since then. The connections she makes with her pediatric patients and their families brings her great joy! She loves nothing more than a “Doc McStuffin” exam on a patient’s favorite stuffy or a session of peek-a-boo with an infant. Jennifer also recognizes that being a parent is the hardest job in the world! Taking the time to put a parent at ease or just be a set of ears to listen is also part of the job that she adores.
Dr. Julianne Randolph, D.O. and Medical Director
When you love what you do, going to work doesn’t feel like work, and Dr. Julianne Randolph loves what she does! Dr. Randolph is a board certified pediatrician who has worked in Visalia and Exeter for over 10 years, and serves as the medical director of Milestone Pediatrics.
Knowing she wanted to be a pediatrician at the young age of 6, she committed to her studies and various jobs working with children. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Point Loma Nazarene University before graduating from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008, and was named a National Health Service Corps Scholar from 2006-2008. Having spent much of her childhood in Fresno, her valley roots beckoned her return for her residency which
she completed in 2011 with UCSF Fresno in partnership with Valley Children’s Hospital. Dr. Randolph has international experience, having worked in clinics and hospitals in various parts of Africa, Cambodia, the Dominican Republic, and China, and now serves locally with the
Christian Medical and Dental Association doing various clinic outreaches. Traveling is one of her favorite things to do!
Visalia has been home to her and her husband since 2011, and she now has 2 elementary-aged children. She is transparent with families about her experience as an imperfect working mom,
including her challenges and past breastfeeding struggles, which led to her interest in Breastfeeding medicine and her passion to help moms meet their breastfeeding goals. Dr. Randolph seeks to provide compassionate care laced with empathy and kindness, and
believes that everyone has a right to be heard and understood. She values family time, developing healthy habits and seeks to help others find balance in the chaos of the everyday. Learning from her patients and getting to know families as their children grow brings her great
joy and makes work feel more like just another fun day at the office!
Dawn Parsley, FNP-C
Dawn was born in the sunny month of June. She recently turned 50! Sha has been married to Jimmy for many years. Having two kiddos together, Drew and Logan. The Parsley family has two crazy Boxers, Sweetie and Charlie. Dawn received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Fresno State. Go Bulldogs!! Dawn's greatest accomplishment has been raising her boys to be happy and healthy children. Traveling to the coast with her doggies and hanging out with friends is super important to her. Dawn states that she has been "attempting" to play golf and work out. Dawn comes with 25+ years of experience, nearly all of which include pediatrics. Both Dr. Randolph and Jennifer have known her for over 10 years and have trusted her in the care of their children.

Kelsey Leyendekker, PNP-C
Kelsey was born in Visalia and is a mom of 5!! She has triplet boys, aged 9, as well as 6 year son and 2 year old daughter. They've got animals....dog, cat, donkeys, goats, and cows. The color purple, The Little Mermaid, and Mexican food are some of her favorites. She loves being active with her family, reading, volunteering at her kids school, golfing, and more recently playing pickleball. Some day she would love to ski in the Alps.
Julissa: Officer Manager
Julissa, was born in Torrance, CA. She is a proud dog mama of Elvis, a Shitzu, and Piper, a Boxer/Pit Bull mix. Her favorite colors are olive green and pastel colors. Wonder Woman and Belle are two of her favorite characters. Julissa's favorite food is spaghetti but she does love all food. Paris and the Bahamas are on her travel bucket list. Julissa has worked both in the medical field as a manager and as a medical biller.
Kat: Lead Nurse
Kat was born in the love month of February. She is "51" years young. She has been married to her hubby Aaron since July of 2007. Kat has 4 girls, Danika, Samantha, Danielle, and Katlyn. Talk about a house full of girls!
Kat loves her country home with all her animals. She has 9 cats, Beeps, Ozzie, Tiger, Boba, Cricket, Mr. Paws, Big Head, Fat Chin, and Beaker. Along with all the kitties, there is a turkey named Jelly Bean, many chickens, geese, and ducks.
Kat graduated from Exeter High School in 1990. After that, she attended Visalia Adult School LVN Program in 2001.
Her greatest accomplishment is "being a mom to four amazing and beautiful daughters."
Kat's hobbies include volunteering at PetSmart Cattery, tending to their acreage/farm. In her spare time, movies are a must.
Kat has been our Lead Nurse here at Milestone. She keeps a tight ship, in the best way. She mentors our staff and is not afraid to get her hands dirty and help the staff in any way possible. We don't know what we would do without her!
Maria: Front Reception
Maria is 43 years young and was born in the lucky month of March. She is married to the love of her life, Victor. Between them, they have 3 boys and 5 girls! Talk about a busy household.
They have 2 dogs at home. A sweet Poodle Koda, and her Border Collie Nelli.
Maria has a long history in the medical field. With over 15 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, she is now loving her new role as front desk reception here at Milestone.
Her greatest accomplishment is "mentoring my family into being honest/hardworking people." Maria also set a goal to ride her bike to work daily. She has been pedaling every day, even though she was able to get her dream car.
Maria has her own business as well, Figgy's Plantitas y Mas. In her spare time, she enjoys making memories with her loved ones.
Maria is such an asset to the Milestone team. Always has a smile, always laughs, and always treats people with respect. We consider her a role model for our younger staff. She sets a wonderful standard on how to hold yourself as a human being.
Steph: Medical Assistant
Steph is 31 years old and born in the turkey month of November. She is married to her husband Moses. Together, they have a daughter, Arianna.
Steph graduated high school and then attended Tulare Adult School for Medical Assisting. Graduated the program with honors!
Steph says that her greatest accomplishment is becoming a mother to her beautiful baby girl. Especially since she was told that they would never be able to have children.
She loves to lay in bed and watch Netflix. Spending time with family and catching up on sleep are things that she loves to do in her spare time.
We are so thankful for Steph here at Milestone. She is always upbeat and full of energy. Any task she is given, she will jump to the opportunity with no questions asked.
Kelli: Medical Scribe
Kellie is 31 years old and was born in the beautiful month of October. She is one of our Medical Scribes and helps the nursing staff as well.
Kellie is married to her husband Casey, who is an Army veteran. They have 3 beautiful children, Brooklynn, Logan, and Wesson.
At home, they have just a few animals. Joey and Oakley are their pups. Along with 2 goats, Walter and Gert. 3 cats, Kit, Cat, and Toes. Kellie says that they have too many chickens to keep track of... then there is a duck in the mix.
Kellie attended El Diamante high school here in Visalia. She then started COS and Visalia Adult School.
Kellie admits that her greatest accomplishment is her kiddos. "They amaze and teach me something new everyday."
Her favorite thing to do is gardening. She and her family live on 8 acres, which keeps her very busy. Kellie also trains with her husband for triathlons.
We love Kellie's energy and sense of humor. She is such an asset to the Milestone Team
Melissa: Billing
Melissa was born in Visalia. She has 2 kiddos, ages 4 and 1. They love to read books together. They do not yet have any pets, but would love to have a dog someday. Her favorite color is nude and if she could be a super hero it would be Wonder Woman. She loves Snow White. Melissa's favorite food is Chinese. Someday she hopes to travel to Hawaii!
Maribella: Medical Assistant
Maribella was born in October. She has been married to Leo for 25 years. She says that she still thinks of him as her best friend. They have 4 children together. Isaiah, Priscilla, Davina, and Layla, Maribella went to Exeter High. She loves her hometown of Exeter!
Her greatest accomplishment was being a mother to her 4 children. They are her world. She enjoys a good game night with the family, Maribella loves the outdoors and taking walks in the mountains with her family.
Cherri: Medical Assistant
Cherri was born and raised in Tulare and is an April baby! She has 3 children... Hailee 25 years old, Joseph 20 years old, and Wyatt 9 years old. She loved to read The Giving Tree to them as children. She has a dog named Bebe, who is a mutt. Her favorite color is black. She's a fan of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Her favorite food is tacos. She loves the beach and it would always be her preferred travel destination. Cherri spends her weekends working with her husband at their family owned swap meet.
Lisa: Receptionist
Lisa was born and raised in Ivanhoe, but now resides in Tulare. She has 5 girls ranging from 10 months to 16 years old! They also have 2 fur babies, a Pitbull named Diva and a Poodle named Bonita. Her favorite color is black. If she were a superhero, she would be Superwoman and her favorite Disney movie is Toy Story. She loves spending time with her family and friends, making people laugh, babies, listening to music, and her favorite food is chile rellenos. Lisa would love to travel to NYC or Paris someday.
Anayeli: Medical Scribe
Anayeli was born in Mexico but grew up in Woodlake. She has no children but is a mom to 3 cats! Anayeli loves the color pink and enjoys hiking and swimming in Three Rivers and Sequoia Park. If she were a superhero, she would be Wolverine. Her favorite Disney movies include Cinderella and Turning Red. Thai and Mediterranean foods are her favorites, but she also loves Sushi and would love to travel to Japan one day to enjoy some fresh sushi! Anayeli will be starting medical school in the Fall of 2024 and is considering being a Pediatrician.
