Once you have established care, Kaweah will fax us a Medical Record Release Form to obtain your child’s records.

Our team is working diligently to ensure continuity of care for all patients. If your child was scheduled to see Dr. Coverston, our staff will be reaching out to assist and if needed, coordinate care with another trusted provider within our practice during the transition period.
