 Once you have established care, Kaweah will fax our office a Medical Records Release Form to request your child's records. This is the method they have asked us to use. Once we receive the request, we process it promptly and hand-deliver records to their office on a weekly basis. If requested more urgently by them, they are faxed. If you are later told that your child's records have not been received, please be aware that they may already be at Kaweah but still awaiting review or scanning into their medical record system. Their staff will be able to provide the most accurate information regarding the status of your records and their internal processing timeline.

Our team is working diligently to ensure continuity of care for all patients. If your child was scheduled to see Dr. Coverston at a future date, our staff will be reaching out to assist and if needed, coordinate care with another trusted provider within our practice during the transition period.
