We have officially been able to confirm that we are  Tier 2. For those checking affiliate physician list on Kaweah Compass, we are listed as individual providers, instead of under "Milestone Pediatrics". We will continue to provide any updates that we might receive, but otherwise, we are somewhat in the dark!
